1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Here's our cancellation policy:

• Project Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel a project within 24 hours of placement without any penalty or charges.
• Cancellations After 24 Hours: Cancellations requested after 24 hours may incur charges based on the work completed. The refund amount will be calculated as follows:
  • 0-24 hours: 100% refund
  • 24-48 hours: 75% refund
  • 48-72 hours: 50% refund
  • After 72 hours or delivery started: Non-refundable (partial refund at discretion)
• Cancellation Request Process: To cancel, email us at info@matlabsolutions.com with your project ID and reason for cancellation.
• Confirmation: We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within 2 hours and process it accordingly.

2. Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. Here's our refund policy:

• Full Refund Eligibility: Full refunds are issued in the following cases:
  • We fail to deliver the project on the agreed deadline.
  • The deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications or requirements.
  • Technical issues on our end prevent project completion.
  • Payment processed twice by mistake.
• Partial Refund: Partial refunds (50%) are issued if the project is partially completed but does not fully meet expectations, and revisions cannot resolve the issues.
• Quality Assurance: We offer one round of free revisions to ensure the deliverable meets your expectations. Additional revisions may be subject to fees.
• Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Payment Method: Refunds are credited to:
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
  • UPI: 24-48 hours
  • Wallet/Digital Payment: Instant to 24 hours
• Non-Refundable Services:
  • Consultation and advisory sessions (once initiated)
  • Rush/expedited delivery charges
  • Custom resource or material purchases
  • Services already delivered and accepted

3. Shipping Policy

While MATLAB Solutions primarily provides digital services, we occasionally ship physical materials, resources, or printed documentation. Here's our shipping policy:

• Digital Deliverables: Code, reports, solutions, and documentation are delivered electronically via email or secure cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox) within the agreed timeline (typically 3-14 business days).
• Physical Materials - Delivery Timeframe:
  • Within India: 5-10 business days via registered courier (India Post, FedEx, or similar)
  • International Shipping: 10-21 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance
• Shipping Costs:
  • Standard Shipping: Calculated based on weight and destination at checkout
  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional charge (₹200-₹500)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹2,000 within India
• Tracking & Updates: All physical shipments include a unique tracking number. You will receive tracking details via email and can monitor your package in real-time on the courier's website.
• Packaging: We ensure all physical materials are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Packages are wrapped with protective materials and sealed properly.
• Damaged or Lost Packages:
  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage and the package.
  • For lost packages, we will file a claim with the courier and resend the package at no additional cost or issue a full refund (after courier settlement, typically 15-30 days).
• Delivery Address Requirements:
  • Provide a complete, accurate delivery address including pin code.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
  • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of order placement.
• International Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or VAT.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments due to customs clearance delays.
  • Packages stuck in customs for over 30 days may be subject to warehouse disposal per carrier policy.
• Undeliverable Packages: If a package is marked "undeliverable" by the courier, we will attempt redelivery once. If the second attempt fails, the package will be returned to us, and a refund (minus shipping cost) will be issued.
