Question: how to call out specific cell in a matrix

If I have A=[1,2,3,4,5] B=[6,7,8,9,10] C=[1,2,3,4,5] If there a way to call out specific position at each matrix so that: Sum first value of A and first value of B (1+6) Compare it to first value of C using if-statement (e.g. if A+B < C), increase N by 1 Next, sum second value of A and second value of B (2+7) Compare it to second value of C using if-statement, similar to #2 bullet and so on

S=A+B;

for i=1:length(S)

    if S(i)<C(i)
        ...
    end

end
