1. Sign into your MathWorks Account
https://www.mathworks.com/login
2. Click 'Service Requests' on left side of the page.
3. Click Case ID which you want to attach files.
Note: If the case number is not displayed, set the 'View:' to 'All'.
4.Click 'Attach File' at the bottom of the page.
5.Select the file to be attached and click the 'Attach File'.
Note: Files must be 5MB or smaller. If you would like to upload or receive larger files, discuss this with the support representative who is managing your service request.
