Question
am getting the error message as 'Problem creating Accelerator MEX file for model 'PVarray_Grid_IncCondReg_det' during the simulation of 100-kW Grid-Connected PV Array using MATLAB 2013a on windows 10(32bit). When i run mex -setup it gave the output as Select a compiler: [1] Lcc-win32 C 2.4.1 in C:\PROGRA~1\MATLAB\R2013a\sys\lcc [0] None Even I selected the first one the error persists. Please help me to solve the issue

What steps did you take that lead to that message?
I installed R2013a on Windows XP 32 bit that I happened to have sitting around. When I opened the model I received two messages about missing panel.jpg and grid.jpg . However, the simulation appears to work, even when I switch to Rapid Accelerator mode.
I have not installed any Windows compilers on the system; I did install
- MATLAB Version 8.1 (R2013a)
- Simulink Version 8.1 (R2013a)
- MATLAB Coder Version 2.4 (R2013a)
- SimElectronics Version 2.3 (R2013a)
- SimPowerSystems Version 5.8 (R2013a)
- Simscape Version 3.9 (R2013a)
- Simulink Coder Version 8.4 (R2013a)
and it appears that one of those installed lcc as the compiler.
